1 kg potatoes
3 x cloves of garlic
2 x leeks
3 x heads of broccoli
1 litre vegetable stock
Add water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Peel and chop potatoes, garlic, and leeks and add in a sauce pan. Let cook for 5 minutes until ingredients become fragrant.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add vegetable stock and water.
Let simmer until potatoes are cooked.
Then add chopped broccoli
Let simmer for 3 minutes
Use a stick mixer to blend all ingredients.
